I dont know what it is about a scruffy guy in a suit, but man, this guy has it!

I caught a glimpse of this guy as I was taking a shot of one of the ever present hot pizza delivery boys... I kept trying to get a frontal shot of him... but he was on a mission and I wasn't quick enough.
